Making Iced Coffee
To make good iced coffees you need to plan ahead and brew the coffee to
give it time to cool. After brewing and cooling, put coffee in the refrig.
Don't let the coffee set out while still warm. If you want sweet coffee,
add the sugar and/or spices while coffee is hot. The sugar dissolves better
in hot coffee.
To avoid diluting your iced coffee, make ice cubes with leftover coffee
and adding whipped cream to iced coffees adds a delightful punch.
Try adding spices to your coffee, starting with cinnamon and then adding
chocolate. Use very small amounts until you are satisified with the
results.
Add coffee ice cubes to a tall glass and pour your cold, flavored coffee
over the cubes.
For special iced coffee taste try a flavored coffee such as the Irish
Cream or Cinnamon
Toddy or French
Vanilla Cream or gasp!! Chocolate
Turtle!
