Irish Cream Coffee #1

1 3/4 cup of EITHER (irish whiskey, rum, or scotch)
1 (14oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whipping or light cream
4 eggs
2 tsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Blend at high speed in blender for three minutes. Store in airtight container in refrig for several hours to blend flavors.

Irish Cream Coffee #2

1 c. Eagle Brand Milk (sweetened condensed)
3 eggs
1 pint Whipping Cream
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
2 Tbsp Chocolate Spray or 1 Tbsp choc. syrup
1 c. Irish Whiskey
2 tsp. instant coffee

Blend for 3 minutes at high speed in blender. Put in airtight container in refrig for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
