Sour Cream Coffee Cake Recipe

1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
5 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350° F. In large mixing bowl, sift flour with dry ingredients: baking power, baking soda, salt and 1 cup of sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Add egg mixture to flour mixture and beat until smooth. Spread batter in 9" square pan.

In a small bowl, mix 5 Tbsp sugar with the butter and cinnamon with fork or pastry blender until coarsely blended. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly; serve warm.
