RETURN POLICY
Refunds
Coffee and other food items cannot/will not be accepted for return
under any circumstance.
All coffee machine sales are final.
No money paid for any item sold by CoffeeShopCanyon.com will be returned
to the purchaser of the original item. Only exchanges are made in the
form of the same item shipped or one of higher value. CoffeeShopCanyon.com
is a distributor of Gensaco brand coffeemakers and does not do repairs.
Returns
Returns are accepted only with prior authorization obtained from CoffeeShopCanyon.com,
or the manufacturer however, some returns are accepted under special
circumstances, and, those returns that are accepted must have received
a prior authorization which can be obtained by calling GENSACO, INC.
at 800 506-1935.
There must be a valid reason for wanting to return the item(s) ordered.
Wanting to return an item just because someone "changed his or
her mind" is not considered a valid reason.
Damaged Products
When your item is received in a damaged condition, you the purchaser
must first and foremost notify the carrier involved in the shipping
of said item and file a claim with said carrier. We accept no responsibility
for merchandise arrived damaged due to the fault of the carrier used
in transporting the goods. We guarantee everything you buy from us to
be free from defects in material and/or workmanship.
Defective Products
When an item is defective either in its performance or has a defective
part or component that prevents the item to function properly as described
in the Instruction Manual, the item can be returned within seven (7)
days from its arrival at the destination of the purchaser.
The item MUST be returned in its original packaging or carton or
box in which it was shipped and it must NOT have been used extensively
or show sign of heavy usage. Prior Authorization
from GENSACO, INC. is required before returning the defective item.
GENSACO, INC. will either fix the problem or replace the item
entirely with no expense to the original purchaser.
Shipping a defective item back to GENSACO, INC. is the responsibility
of the purchaser. GENSACO, INC. will pay the shipping of a new item
or the fixed item back to purchaser.
Coffee and other food items will not be accepted for return under any
circumstance.
This return policy is valid only within the continental United States.
